Dr. Mendu is EXCEPTIONAL. The first dentist to ever physically show me X-ray photos in clear vivid color on the large tv in front of you! I got to see first hand all my issues and Dr. Mendu does a TERRIFIC job explaining issues and teaching at the same time. Not to mention, staff lets you watch Netflix while you’re getting your teeth cleaned! The service was exceptional. Christina, the dental assistant, is incredibly knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. Staff was great with checking my insurance and got me quotes immediately! Staff has an impressive efficient process when seeing patients. I know nothing about dentistry, but always learn a lot about my teeth from this wonderful team! I usually hate going to the dentist, but feel comfortable saying I can’t wait to be back for my next visit! ~ Jinda K

I recently had a Ace Smile dentistry and it was a great experience! The hygienist was very kind and professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She started by thoroughly cleaning my teeth and removing any plaque or tartar buildup. I appreciated that she took the time to explain what she was doing and why each step was important for my oral health. The cleaning itself was painless and relatively quick. Dr. Mendu’s kindness and patience are unmatched. I came in as a new patient after my last dentist left me with an infection after my wisdom tooth extraction. I recently had a root canal, two crowns, and a dental cleaning done by Dr. Pratyusha Mendu, and I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received. She did an excellent job—the root canal was smooth and painless, and the cleaning left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Mendu even adjusted the crowns multiple times to ensure they aligned perfectly. I had strong concerns seeking a new Dentist while working in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In Texas for work and procrastinate dentist; otherwise, no and take a chance. So, I visited Dr Mendu and I am very happy I did. I am so thankful I ran across her clinic!!! From Day one, she reviewed all my dental work and proceeded on an action plan. She is wonderful! My recent visit along with my 9 year old son for general check up went really well. My son enjoyed his visit watching his favorite shows while getting the needed dental care. Staff is very friendly and polite. The dentist at work has helped me in the past with a tooth pain, root canal and a crown. The best I liked it here is that the dentist on job explained and given tips for preventive care and the best part is that the dentist's reasoning behind the need for gentle brushing to save the gum tissue from damaging etc. I will strongly recommend Ace Smile Dentistry for the dental care. ~ Upendrakumar M

I chipped my front tooth on a Thursday night at my home in Florida, with plans to fly to Dallas the next morning to attend a wedding Saturday afternoon in Flower Mound. As we drove to the airport on Friday morning my wife and daughter scanned the Internet looking for a dentist who could make my tooth “whole again.” Although several dentists were closed on Friday afternoon as well as on Saturday, my daughter came across Ace Smile Dentistry in Flower Mound and was able to make an 11:00 am appointment for me on Saturday morning. Dr. Mendu was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to talk with. Her assistant was pleasant and proficient as well. The entire procedure took approximately 45 minutes to fill the chipped portion of my front tooth. Looking at me, you cannot tell that my tooth was ever chipped, the color matches perfectly and the shape of the tooth looks natural. I highly recommend Ace Smile Dentistry and Dr. Mendu for any type of routine or emergency dental work! ~ Mark L

Dr. Mendu is an excellent dentist! Christina, her assistant is great too! I called and ask for an appointment for severe pain in my upper tooth. It was late on a Friday. I was seen very quickly. I needed a root canal and crown which she completed. She is an excellent dentist with expertise, knowledge, and very gentle. She explained everything. Highly recommend Dr Mendu. I had a really painful infection that suddenly popped up and had the root canal done at the facility. Dr Mendu is professional, generous and knowledgeable answering all my questions, She explained the root canal procedure in detail. Their team even followed up with me after the procedure regularly for next few days and I’m thankful to her on the excellent service and relieving my pain. I highly recommend Ace Smile Dentistry! I was initially scheduled for a root canal based on my X-rays, but Dr. Mendu carefully assessed my tooth and determined that a filling was all I needed. I greatly appreciated her more conservative approach! Dr. Mendu is not only skilled but also incredibly kind, and her assistant Christina was very sweet as well. They are very quick with fillings. They are also very accomodating with how you want to do them. I did 4 on one side one day and 2 on the other side. They are considerate with the amount of numbing they do, and will let you choose. They are also very good with aligning the jaws after the fact (polishing the fillings). If they tell you its good, its good, just wait for the numbness to go away and you'll see for yourself. Very happy with their work. ~ Newplayer 5

I am one who is very terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience. This experience was the best ever. Dr walked me through everything and answered all the questions that I had. The assistant was so nice from the first initial phone call all the way up until I left. I was nervous the whole time but they really took their time and gave me my time to relax during the procedure. Definitely made a client out of me.
